These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of MotoMeteo ('Software') and service (both collectively referred to as the 'Service'). By using MotoMeteo, you signify your assent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

Key Points

Road information prevails: The information provided by the Service is not intended to replace the information provided on the road, such as travel direction, time based restrictions, lane restrictions, road blockades, traffic signs, traffic lights, police instructions, etc.

Cautious driving: Always drive vigilantly according to road conditions and in accordance with traffic laws. Do not attempt to enter or change route information or otherwise adjust MotoMeteo while driving or riding. You assume full responsibility for your safety while operating the application.

Non-continuous updates: Route and weather information may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. MotoMeteo does not provide any warranties to such information's credibility or reliability.

Location-based Service: The Service requires detailed location and route information (GPS) to function. We use this information to calculate riding conditions along your journey as described in our Privacy Policy.

Internet Connection: The internet connection required to use the Service and any associated data charges are your exclusive responsibility.

What is the Service

MotoMeteo allows traffic participants to navigate and plan routes while receiving weather forecasts along the itinerary. It allows users to calculate optimal departure times and prepare for road conditions.

The License

MotoMeteo grants you a non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes.

Usage Restrictions

You may use the Service solely for private and personal purposes. You may not: (i) copy, modify or reverse engineer the Software; (ii) engage in scraping or data mining; (iii) use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (iv) interfere with the operation of the Service.

Refunds

For In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested through the respective store's support channels.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. MotoMeteo retains the right to block your access to the Service at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate, including violation of these Terms or detection of abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

MotoMeteo provides the service 'as is' and 'as available'. We disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
